A RETROSPECTIVE SURVEY DEMONSTRATED VARIED
BLEED OUTCOMES AMONG EHL FIX THERAPIES⁴

A survey assessing the real-world performance of EHL FIXs used prophylactically (N=67)
across six centres in the US and Canada showed:⁴

Proportion of patients with unexpected or poorly controlled bleeding events⁴

ALPROLIX was the only EHL FIX to reduce spontaneous or poorly-controlled
bleeds to zero⁴

The survey suggests that despite achieving plasma troughs >10%, patients may have
differential responses to EHL FIX, as noted in the rFIX-FP and rFIX-GP cohorts⁴

The authors suggest that successful bleed protection may be predicted by FIX distribution in circulation and the extravascular space, and the presence of FIX in tissues at time of injury⁴
