IMPROVED MEDIAN ABR AND REDUCED INJECTION
TREATMENT BURDEN POST-SWITCH FROM SHL FIX⁵

A UK retrospective longitudinal analysis investigated clotting factor use and
bleed outcomes associated with switching from SHL FIX to ALPROLIX prophylaxis (N=44). The within-patient comparison used pre- and post-switch Haemtrack data with two years of follow-up:⁵

In 2020, the National Haemophilia Database (NHD) studied clotting factor use and bleed outcomes associated with switching from SHL FIX to ALPROLIX prophylaxis in a retrospective, longitudinal analysis:⁵

Within-patient comparison over a two-year period (sub-group analysis)⁵

Data analysed for 44/68 patients who were haemtrack-compliant
with 6 months of pre- and post-switch data⁵
